With analysis we insure that the structural integrity criteria have been met.  We team with tower contractors to perform timely tower installations or reparations.  We also perform the removal or function as a general contractor for removal of all or partial tower equipment.

BJM service includes the azimuth, elevation, transmit power, transmit attenuation, Link ID, and all other aspects to provide full turnkey Engineering, Furnishing, & Installation Solutions.

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering

We provide full or partial turnkey installation as well as execute the removal or function as a general contractor for the removal of all or partial microwave equipment.

Complete Microwave Installation & Removal

We provide tower analysis with the capability of structural engineering on existing towers.

Structural Engineering

For BJM it is the discipline of defining and achieving targets while optimizing the use of resources (time, money, people, material, energy, space, etc.) over the course of a project.  BJM provides project management for tower and microwave construction projects.

Inspection

We provide repair and trouble shooting on microwave radio equipment.

Maintenance

This is a project in which BJM is responsible for setting up a structure and putting it into operation.  It can include contractual actions at least through the system, subsystem, or equipment installation phase and may include additional contractual actions, such as testing, training, logistical, and operational support.  Turnkey projects are usually very complex and involve a mix of technical, financial, political, and social factors.  It is also special in that there is a definite start/end date and it consists of a bundle of services that is unique to each client.
